Vietnamese Coconut Tapioca Cake

Vietnam Cake

Preheat oven 350.  
Cooking time: 45 - 50 minutes. 

(1.)  1 can coconut milk(regular)
(2.)  2 cup sugar
(3.)  4 - 6 eggs
(4.)  1/3 cup oil
(5.)  1 1/2 TBSP. baking powder ( Table Spoon )
(6.)  1 bag tapioca starch



(a).  Cook (1.)coconut milk in low temperature (warm)
with (2.) sugar.  till sugar melt. DO NOT overcook.  Set aside.  
(b).  With an electric mixer, Combine (3.)(4.)(5.)
ingredients and mix well.
(c).  Combine (a) into (b) and mix well.
(d).  Pour (6.) into (c) and mix well.

Grease the prepared bowl.  Bake for 45 to 50 Minutes.

TIP:  1. coconut milk DO NOT cook too hot. temperature WARM is enough.
      2. While Baking this cake.  DO NOT (DO NOT) open oven door.  
      3. When 45 - 50 minutes exceed.  Turn off the
Oven.  DO NOT take the cake out.  Keep inside the oven --- until cooled.
